Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came into the world as a human being, lived a sinless life, died on the cross and rose from the dead to save all humanity from dying in their sin.

Jesus Christ is the very representation and likeness of God.

Does life have you going in circles? Do you ever find yourself going around and around searching for meaning and fulfillment of life in different areas, but never seeming to arrive at the intended location?

If this is you, I want to tell you more about the One who says, “I am the way, the Truth and the Life.” When you link up with Jesus – He will take you to your purpose.

He Has a Plan for Your Life

Jesus came to earth to do the will of His Father, but He also came to represent God so that we would know what it is like to have God with us.

“He (Jesus) is the image of the invisible God….” Colossians 1:15

“He (Jesus) is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature….” Hebrews 1:3

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…. And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us..." John 1:1,14

Jesus walked among us. He was flesh, bones and blood and yet He was also fully God -divine. When here on earth He was hungry because He was fully human and yet He miraculously fed 5,000 men because He was fully God. One moment Jesus agonized on a cruel cross, suffered extremely, then died because He was fully human, three days later He rose from the grave because He was fully God. We read, “God was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in Him.” Colossians 1:19.

Without Immanuel – Jesus, we would have no chance of fully understanding God.

How does God make Himself known? Through Jesus: God with us.

To know and understand Jesus is to know and understand God.

What is Water Baptism?

Water baptism is a new Christians public declaration to all that they have decided to follow Jesus as their Lord and Savior. It is an outward proclamation of an inward reality that God has created new life within that person. As a person is immersed beneath the waters, they are proclaiming that their old self, enslaved to unbelief and sin has died. As that person is raised up out of the waters, they are proclaiming that it is a new day, freed from sin and death, having been raised in the resurrection of Jesus. Now proclaiming that they now belong to Jesus.

We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life. Romans 6:4

Does Water Baptism save you?

We are saved solely by God’s grace applied to us by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Baptism does not bring salvation Eph. 2:8-9, but symbolizes our new life, much like a wedding ring symbolizes one’s marital status.
