MISSIONS
MISSIONS
It is one thing to know who Jesus is and what He teaches - but we must not stop there. The Kingdom of God is not a matter of talking about Jesus, but, living like Jesus.
When we live like Jesus did - serving, teaching, blessing and encouraging others, we experience the power of the Holy Spirit working through us. This power changes us, but it also changes everyone we meet.
To walk with Christ is to be a Kingdom Maker!

We are looking for people with big hearts to partner and help build a fully functioning Pre-school for 30 of the most under privileged children that come from impoverished family situations in surrounding villages on the island of Savai'i in our South Pacific neighbouring island of Samoa.
An opportunity has arisen for our Samoa Encounter Missions team to build a safe, clean and private educational facility. The funds raised will help build:
1. A hall with classrooms
2. Toilet blocks
3. A kitchen
4. A playground
We believe the vision will come to pass and we continue to lift this in prayer, we are looking forward to pushing no with the work as and when international borders open!
We envision that this project will grow into a multi-functional faceted building. We will design a space for both the enrolled students and mothers who walk many kilometres to get from place to place. This would be a safe haven where the mothers in particular could benefit and enhance their social and economic status, through traditional crafts, and various traditional activities such as agriculture, weaving, the production of coconut oil and future endless possibilities.
If you believe in the next generation and want to make a significant difference in this part of the world please partner with us today! We would love to have you on the journey! Together anything is possible.
According to Case study conducted and reported by AusAID Pacific March 2012 Series re Poverty, Vulnerability and Social Protection, study noted that one of the most vulnerable groups in Samoa were Children. Households with children less than 5 years of age average a basic needs poverty rate of 27 percent, Analysis showed multiple indicators and results of study noted that children suffer from inadequate access to health and education services. Childhood malnutrition had declined due to intensive food and nutrition education programs but iron-deficiency anaemia remained high among children aged 5 years and younger.
Education is a critical means of improving human development, and that children who did not go to school at all (even though compulsory) came from remote areas, there are many obstacles such as lack of reliable transport, poor road conditions, untrained teachers, absenteeism due to travelling long distances, unable to afford basic school fees.
We believe God has placed on our heart to make a difference in the South Pacific, Samoa, Island of Savai’i. We have made it our mission to build a preschool and educate at least 30 preschool students aged between 3.5 and 5 Years of age, as a Christian preschool all curriculum will be bible based and taught in both English and Samoan. We are believing and praying for the love of Jesus to be shown in and through our mission and to make an eternal impact for the next generation.
This is our journey, if you are keen to pray, follow, volunteer or give contact us follow us on any of our social media platforms.
